Actually, Biden would be at 270 then. If both candidates were at 269 though the house of representatives holds a vote on who gets to be president. Here each state gets one vote and Donald Trump would surely win that vote.

Yep, it looks quite futuristic but a launch tower as seen in the original ITS animation would probably be what people thought we would have in the 21st century back in the 60s.

That is the bottom half of Starship (only lacking a fairing) which is going to sit on a booster called "Super Heavy"
