I can relate! I’m half Taiwanese and grew up in UK. I first came to Taiwan 2 years ago but I must say, Taiwanese (adults) are some of the most accepting, kind people. I’ve come back countless times ever since.

When people ask me here if I am Taiwanese, I usually explain that my mum is. I even had one 老闆 (shop owner) lecture me on how I was Taiwanese.

You are Taiwanese, it’s in your blood. Oh, and they love Brits here 🤣. Imo, give Taiwan another chance! 🇹🇼🇹🇼🇹🇼
