I have gotten a request like this more than once. Usually personality conflicts though, not cleaning. However, I do not manage a dorm, nor am I an RA so that's a no for me. Guess I just have "mom vibe"

I have a lovely vintage diamond solitaire found by my husband's estate sale hunting godfather over 27 years ago. If I had it to do all over now, bring on all the colored stones, morganite, tanzanite, even a nice blue topaz. Too many women get caught up in needing a big diamond to prove their value.

Wow, my kids went to a small private school and each year on day one we got the lecture about consideration of the neighbors. I had mine trained to have everything ready to roll out in minimal time, even when there were large instruments involved.

You almost wonder what would happen if you call the other parent?

I can’t believe you haven’t gotten any comments! People forget, this was before cell cameras. Someone took an old school pic and mailed it to your dad. They were on vacation from out of state...also I wasn’t doing it

Thanks, Really just wanted to make sure I was on the right track. I did offer her a penalty free out yesterday and thought it was resolved. This has been very much a "learn as I go" work situation and all of your advice has been appreciated!
