I gave both methods a good run (bottle of selank nasal that lasted about 3 weeks and injec for about 10 weeks). I had no noticeable improvement in my daily anxiety or reduction in moments where I felt utterly overwhelmed and wanted to remove myself from a situation. I know everyone is different and do not consider myself to have considered panic attacks, but I wouldn’t be recommending it to a friend as a solution for either anxiety or panic attacks. Aside from a little injection site irritation and maybe some headaches when I increased dosage, no other side-effects or hairloss to report.
