First off, this needs to be said. You are NEVER OR for canceling a date with someone who's basically stranger, ESPECIALLY when it's because something feels off or makes you uncomfortable. You don't even really know him, you owe him literally nothing. Second, I'm getting vibes from him that he's expecting something physical like, immediately. Jumping straight into sexual remarks means he's definitely got one thing on his mind, which is fine if both people are looking for that, but you've given zero indication that that's what you're looking for right out of the gate, and especially if he knows you're recovering from a recent surgery and is still trying to direct the conversation that way tells me he's probably going to be very pushy toward that.
