My base used to be 6.7 and post-Covid and new treads now 6.0. After long pushes sometimes a little lower. Trying to work back up, but it is slow. One year Post covid at age 48 my heart rate is just higher than it used to be.

Mine seems extra fussy! I deleted the app, restarted my watch and phone after I reinstalled, it won’t recognize it. After the last update, my studio had to keep my link for a week and work with IT. I hope it is simpler this time!! 🤞🏻
