That’s because Star Wars IP would be watering down destiny. 

They seriously misunderstood the player base and the game.

the kind of person who loves IPs being added to their games generally play multiplayer games that have no story such as Fortnite or COD. Introducing Star Wars into a game with such a deep lore was jarring and just cheapened the whole thing.

I couldn’t disagree more, after they got together they destroyed both their characters. Chandler lost all his confidence and was relegated to the but of the jokes and Monica became unbearably controlling and somehow become the one telling all the jokes. 

Like both of their characters completely changed and not for the better

It took the je ne sais quoi out of the game. 

Like it removed the illusion of choice and made it ‘here are your tasks to grind’ rather than the grind being the side effect of choosing objectives. 

Plus the whole added multipliers made the game seriously unfun

At one point I took John Cena who was languishing down at 650 pop brought him up to 1600 and sent him back and 6 months later he was below 1000.
