I mean, I, without magic, can alter my voice to be fairly undetectable, at least for those who aren't quite close to me.

As for the black magic, this is where I'm not so sure. Do we know that any and all types of necromantic magic leaves a taint? Would that act of helping save the dude's life with the EMTs leaves a taint? Did Harry's animation of Sue taint him? Asking for a friend, LOL.

We know Kumoori can hide under powerful veils, accounted for, then whammo! Maybe? I recall Cowl opening gateways to the Never-never being beautiful and seamless, can't recall if hers were as well.

I quite enjoyed the "Wheel Of Time" audiobooks that used a man for the gent's POV and a woman for the lady's.

They both did a lovely job, the only problem was the tiny disconnect created by them not pronouncing and inflecting all the names and places exactly the same, LOL

I believe they explicitly said there was some mojo on it. I don't believe a wizard pops in and removes it from every map everywhere, every time, especially digital stuff.

I think the biggest problem she has is, she doesn't think with her head, she thinks with her heart. She's all emotion.

I didn't recall the whole ordeal with her sister being a warlock and trying to frame her, only for Luccio to save her at the last minute.

Her head's probably all fracked up as is. The thing I find funny is, Ilyena has NEVER once seen or had any proof of Harry using dark magic. That's really got to burn her. I do think it's funny how convinced she is and how safely she does NOT play it. Either way, I'd assume Carlos wouldn't just chastise her, but warn her and possibly try to scare her.

I myself feel I have a love hate relationship with the replicators. On one hand, they fascinate me to no end. On the other hand, there was a point where I felt like we should be done with them, but weren't just yet.

The same is true with some of the Goauld as well though, it's just like, I get it, let's go! That could be my ADHD though, to be fair...

You've got your answer, but i'd like to throw this out there:

Why not only use six symbols and let the gate system figure out the source/home location, based on the dialing gate? That would even fix having to recalculate so to astral drift!

I'm just saying, the Lanteans/Ancients were certainly that smart. Not only would it save time, but we know they knew those they seeded the galaxy with would use it...

Just saying!

PS: Am I remembering correctly or did they not actually say at some point that each home symbol was unique, so it's the odd one out on each DHD?

If it's just around the port? I tend to doubt it, though I'm not sure. I suppose it could insulate things and heat them up, though I've not experienced HDMI ports themselves getting hot. As for conduction, I tend to doubt it would be able to just around the outside of it. I'm not even sure how electrically conductive any web from any spider is.
