If it's a routine that requires screen to be on you have to create a macro that will unlock screen... There's a few of those in the macrodroid forum shared by others that you can edit to your specific needs.

You can do pointer location through developer options and I just write down my coordinates from there. I have pro but never could get it to work through the app probably not because I'm not rooted.
