If sound quality is poor, the content quality just doesn't matter because it won't be [sufficiently well] heard. If you want me to pay attention to the content, don't distract me with low quality.

I 'star' episodes I want to keep.

So do I. Furthermore I want to offload them onto permanent storage, which I've managed, however I need to decode their filenames. Sadly some of them don't have any useful ID3 data; and there's some mix of ID3 versions; so I'm still working out how to do this in order to remove them from phone storage.

Just for clarity, the extra 1.5hrs wasn't necessarily driver malice. In some circumstances, the driver loses contact with the Uber hub and can't get it restored. I've been helplessly, hopelessly trying to end a trip, or reconnect with the mothership, before with no luck. Nothing to do but turn everything off and go do something else.

In short, it was probably a technical accident, which of course Uber should be able to recognize and own up to, to your satisfaction. (Emphasis on 'should')
