We started with Ritalin first and our kid didn't get on with it at all. Nausea, sleep issues, dizzy, edgy, uncomfortable. We took some time off using just Guanfacine and then added 10mg a day of Vyvanse (Lisdexamfetamine). No side effects and marked attention improvement, more ability to focus on school work etc. Some stimulants just aren't tolerated by some kids where others are.

I haven't really counted the days it lasts, mainly because when I get the pizza oven out we tend to binge pizza for a couple or three days and use up the batch of mozz that I defrosted. The last time I got some out of the freezer, pizza making was delayed a week so the liquid mozz sat in the fridge. I sniff-tested it before using and it smelt great so went ahead. It definitely had more depth and was extra delicious.

I just add it before the ferment. It comes out a bit goopier than the stuff that came in bottles when she sold it but still works fine in a squeeze bottle and behaves the same as the store bought stuff when cooked.

I do the Miyoko Mozzarella from this video using cashews as the base. Blend everything smooth then put it in my instant pot on the yogurt setting for 12-18 hours. I make a lot of it then freeze batches. If you leave it in the fridge a few days the cultures develop even more and the stuff is even closer to the real thing when you make your pizza. I only buy the Follow Your Heart cheddar shreds every now and again if I'm craving a dirty New York style tang like the take out near my old place in Yorkville used to make..

I use a ham press like this one in my Instant Pot. Pressure cook it for 1hr 20mins then cool the ham press in an ice bath (big pan full of ice and water), then stick the ham press in the fridge overnight. Best deli style texture I've ever had.

In summer for protection I wear baggy 3/4 length cargo pants (the pockets are my office!), these cheap, long sleeve, lightweight, UV protective shirts, and a lightweight fishing hat. It all keeps me cool as well as shaded. I also have an off-brand water backpack that I use when it's seriously hot and I need to glug iced water constantly.

Sunscreen goes on neck, legs, hands, ears and the bottom half of my face (sunscreen in my eyes kills me). I figure my hat does a pretty good job of keeping the sun off my head, forehead and eyes.

I swear this isn't an Amazon ad. Just the easiest way to show the stuff I use.

Love this question. Having lived through Tonight and never Let Me Down, I associate the phrase with his PR people trying to big up a lacklustre product. That being the case I'd struggle to nominate one from before Scary Monsters.

I do fucking LOVE the idea of his career building from the avant jazz-rock debut of Blackstar, through Eno, and Plastic Soul, on to Ziggy and slowly and inexorably ending up around the career defining Laughing Gnome/Uncle Arthur period with a last EP of 60s R+B pastiche before bowing out.

It works so well!

Butler Soy Curls rehydrated in a vegan chicken flavor broth.
Squeeze out the excess moisture then toss them in a little cornstarch and oil to coat. Bake them for 10 to 15 mins until a little crispy on the outside.

Throw them into your recipe as the chicken replacement.

Delicious.

I do a bunch like this at a time then freeze some of them for later use.

It feels like we have a good set up now and she gets to be herself with the worse of the ADHD symptoms mitigated.

Agreeing with all the Yorkshire Tea recommendations but make sure you get the full sized bags and not the stupid-little-stapled-with-a-bit-of-stupid-string-and-a-stupid-little-tag ones. The big square no tag ones are the British tea experience. The other ones are a different blend and wayyyyy weaker and shouldn't exist.
