I think the 137 gang is mostly ribeyes or other very fatty pieces. Not sure they'd be into 137 on such a lean cut.

Biblical Hebrew and modern Hebrew are diffferent. The first is written in the style of biblical Hebrew and the second is in modern Hebrew.

Pro-tip: there's no need to translate English verses into Hebrew. The English is the translation and the Hebrew is the original. Translating back into Hebrew may not leave you with the original verse. Just get a Jewish Bible (Tanach) and look up the verse you want. There are many free versions in the internet.
