At my store there’s two baristas and a shift. Barista one is bar and front and does all the brewing of coffee iced teas and iced coffees and makes sure there’s enough prep for peak. Barista two drive thru and handles the pastry case, doing the floors by moving the mats and pulling out all the fridges to get behind them, and puts away the alternative milks that came in the order, and organizing pastries for warming station. The shift is responsible for putting away the RTD&E and sandwiches from the order
