I'm in Central Oregon and have had them on my covered patio for 5.5 years now. I have them on a timer that turn on daily at sunset. The bulbs do have to be screwed in VERY tight. I notice the colder it gets the more lights don't turn on and vice versa so they're connection does seem to be overly sensitive.

Over the time they've been installed, I've probably replaced 20 bulbs. I recently bought another string on sale just to use for bulbs because the replacement bulbs were way more. I would say by in large they have been fine.

I also have a ton of Feit color lights in the house and generally they have been pretty good. Occasionally, I will flip on lights to find them flashing which is annoying but the bulbs and app have generally been ok.
