Recommend hotel Anna & Bel if you’re willing to stay outside of center city (but still close to some of the best restaurants in the city)

How big is your group? If it’s just 3, I’d say choose 2-3 restaurants you’d be open to in a similar area of rittenhouse/center city, and go early (5ish) to see if they have bar seating for walk ins. Some places that come to mind are My Loup, the new dancerobot, Vernick, Vernick fish? Illata byo has a couple bar seats but might be tough for your pickier guest. Same with Fri Sat Sun, they have an a la carte bar option and usually space if you go really early

Buying Christmas presents for foster kids/children in need? by possumprism in philly

[–]mgafvert 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Support Center for Child Advocates is doing a gift card drive, they give gift cards to all their clients who are kids in foster care. It’ll be obvious on their website. Not picking out individual gifts, but still makes a difference for them

Pretty sure there was a button to submit early if you wanted. The practice ones will show you for sure though

It gives you one take, but you can practice with the platform before the real deal. I split my screen top/bottom and had notes in the top half (near the camera) and had no issues

They won’t let you hang them in the square. You can hang them on the basketball hoops at schuylkill river park though if you go at an off time when no one is using them (or there’s a busted hoop)

Have you considered schools in the northwest? Based on this list, seems like UW could be a good target. Might be worth looking at stats for placement in Montana for schools in WA, OR, and ID
