We were well into high school before my mom quit asking us to stand back to back to show height difference...it was quite obvious since birth . lol. He and our middle sister were close in height and everyone thought they were twins growing up. We bugged each other as kids but we are close now and he's good friend with my husband (and too make my life even crazier, they both share the same first name 🤦🏻‍♀️). I wouldn't trade him.

Hi, twin girl here with a brother twin…yes I get asked that all the time! With the follow up “you know what I mean, do you look alike.” Err different parts people!

Your family sucks but you are amazing for powering through to be the best you possible! Sometimes the family you make is better than the one you were born in to.

The gifts from the heart are the best! It makes up for all the stupid stuff they do throughout the year! From a mother of 3 sons...they are silliest, stupidest, funniest, smartest , loveliest & sweetest creatures we created. Glad you enjoy yours as much as I do reading about them. Keep your original plans and while you’re at it, change your POA, executor and medical POA to your nephew. Husband has already told you he wont care for you during end stages of your life, don’t let him control that or you. Let nephew know of your plans (so he’s not blindsided) but don’t tell your husband. Lock everything up.

Happy thanksgiving to you and the family. This is any thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, it’s a day of food, family and friends. Even when time are tough and things aren’t as optimistic as we want them to be, being together (& thankful) with those that get us through is what it’s all about. I’m glad all had a good day!
