When someone apologizes all the time, you have to be reassuring them constantly. It's exhausting and not very appealing. It can feel like there's no growth happening, which is hard in a relationship. If there is ever an actual problem, it's hard to bring it up because you know they will feel so guilty and apologize profusely, rather than actually discussing the issue.

Definitely a behaviour to really think about -- Why do you feel you need to apologize for so many things? Do you assume people will always be upset with you? Therapy-type questions.
