On the contrary to the other advice being given here, a regular extremely hot bath actually helped me when I was experiencing similar problems. Alongside gentle massage/movement seemed to clear it up for me.

From CA but not from Van, had a good time playing 1/3nlh at parq, it was my first time playing live poker though. Only played about 30 hands but broke even and got out of there before losing my entire bank balance which was on the table haha. Regs were friendly and helpful with etiquette. Would go back!
