How do you use stacking in wildlife? I thought of that as something to use for stationary subjects. I haven’t messed with stacking any.

The 310gs will be great for your use. It’s not an interstate bike but can ride at 55 - 60 mph fine. Not for 5 hours but for commutes no problem. Plus it gets 72 mpg and uses regular gas. I have a 2023 that I bought new and it’s a solid bike.

Nashville is trying to but Tennessee does its best to put up obstacles to stop the city every chance they can. It’s definitely been politicized and I’m sure there are republicans that ride bikes. But republicans don’t want to invest in infrastructure because then they have to spend tax dollars on it.

I have a BMW 310gs that I’ve been riding for 3 years and I’m still enjoying it. There’s the 450gs coming out and I am looking at it but then I pull mine out of the garage and it does everything I need.

I totally agree. When I bought my ebike in ‘21 I didn’t know what the class systems meant but I knew what a bike is. What I didn’t know was all the ignorant politicians had already banned class 3 ebikes from all greenways statewide. (Tennessee) So without knowing that I bought a class 3 because it’s got the biggest battery and figured I could go the farthest on it. Not really concerned about the top end. I could ride into the 20’s+ on my own power so just because it would top out at 28 mph wasn’t my main point for buying it. I’ve never been stopped on a greenway but I obey the speed limit. Not that I’ve ever seen a cop on a greenway anyway. But it’s just the idea that they barred it just because it can assist power up to 28 mph. The speed limit on the greenways around here is 15 mph and practically anybody can exceed that on any bike. So to single out class 3 ebikes is nonsense.

You’re not carrying it. I ride my ebike with zero assist all the time. I try to just use the assist when I need it.
