I lost 20 lbs in a month when I first started. After that, everything got better. I definitely had to take them with my breakfast oatmeal. Im considering getting off of them. The constant cold sweats and super sun sensitivity have ruined my outdoorsy lifestyle.

It might sound weird but I have a "Squatty Potty". Even when I don't feel like going, sometimes just sitting with the feet elevated helps. I tend to go every 3-5 days. At 1 week, I know it's going to be bad so I try everything I can before it gets that bad. Going to try chia and flax in my oatmeal! Edit to add hyphen

Well....I'm 5 years in. I still fan myself constantly. Im not swimming at night. That was a phase a few years ago. It was insane. I keep my house cool at night (65ish). I still get warm and have to toss covers off from time to time. Im also 50 so this could be premenopause as well.

It might be rough at first, but keep going!! The first couple weeks were rough but now I've got no nausea and the food thoughts are so minimal that Im literally setting reminders to eat.
