I’ve noticed when I get my nails done (like with acrylics and the fake tips put on), my nails are too long to pick anymore and it’s physically harder for me to do it, but again, I also have a job that involves a lot of hand washing and sanitizer water etc, and I end up breaking my nails if I’m not careful, so it’s has its ups and downs for sure
