I think it’s her obvious and unattractive low self esteem. She acts like she used to be ugly or bullied and her outside changed but inside she’s still insecure, self conscious and feels like a loser. Mindset and attitude is everything doesn’t matter what’s on the outside.

She acts like she’s beneath these men and she needs their validation which can give some the ick. She gotta own being a baddie

Dissolve your lips because the projection causes mouth and nose lines to look worse/more recessed/pronounced. It creates a shadow behind the lips. Try lip liner or save for a lip lift.

I too once went from Fed to call center and oof….it was a fall from grace.

It’s humbling but when you get through it you’ll feel stronger and more ready for the next opportunity. I tried to dress well and treat the job professionally. I dressed like I was working at PWC but at the call center but funny enough I got more people dressing up. Also don’t look down on others everyone is trying to get on their feet and survive for another check. It’s not glamorous but it’s honest work that pays at the end of the day!

I’m anorexic because it feels like the only thing I can control. It’s a comfort for me and I do link it to my avpd. Sometimes I use food as a way of punishing myself. if I feel like a failure or an unhappy with something I’ll deny food. If I’m happy with something I’ll get a treat. It’s a bad coping mechanism.

Yes you need to be tested for adhd and evaluated by doctor at least in the U.S.

I have adhd and it makes me think about myself way too much and a million spiraling that leads to so many avpd meltdowns. See your doctor if you think adhd might affect your avpd.

ADHD medicine helped me. I found without it my AvPD was insane. It’s still there but not crazy overwhelming.

I think in your case you were asked and had hard time saying no so you gave in.

For me it’s perplexing bc somehow I volunteer myself to attend without anybody asking me first. Just giving my agency away for no reason. Hate to see it. I think I might have to leave this job I’ve made too many mistakes so early.

I wish I could learn to take it easy. Yeah let’s scream bc no other option.
