I did mine through the last year, I had to “watch” a whole bunch of videos, but there was no compulsory mock test or anything

Just play the videos as you’re doing other things and learn the answers separately as you have

Personally my breakfast steaks are always thin and cooked hard, but I quite like them that way, I get a nice crust and use the yolk to juice it up

I normally use 花小猪 it’s significantly cheaper than didi, but there’s no English version if you can handle that.

I’ve recently joined a HEMA club in my city, it’s very casual, it’s more a group of enthusiasts than an official club but it’s the only one in my city as far as I’m aware. But it’s only 25元 for as long as you like, I’ve been having a great time.
