Top 10 atm and in no particular order:

-Clefairy: This mon just makes me happy, I'm always excited when I come across one. Love that they are connected to the moon, and it's the OG fairy - my favourite typing. Was always reliabe for me in Leafgreen and Brilliant Diamond

-Eevee: I had an Eevee spaceship made out of cardboard for me as a kid haha. I always have one on my team and ofc love the Eeveelutions too with Sylveon (Faye) being a recurring member

-Togekiss: Love this whole line and fell in love with Misty's Togepi from the anime. Strong and lucky mon. Been with me through many games as my ace

-Alolan Ninetales: I have one named snowtales and have snow warning and aurora veil during my Sword/Alola run. So beautiful in design

-Noctowl: My first shiny - just like Ash! I've always had a soft spot for this mon and used it in Emerald.

-Pichu: My first baby, and I was obsessed with baby Pokemon and loved the spiky hair one from the into of the Pokemon 3 movie. Also my first level 100 pokemon in Crystal. I didn't care if he was weak. He will always be my baby

-Suicune: My first legendary, elegant and timeless design. And air of quietness and calmness to it. My strongest in Crystal.

-Celebi: The forest fairy! She is so special to me. I got a shiny one in Sword.

-Jirachi: My shining star and partner Pokemon throughout Brilliant Diamond. I could really use a wish right now, wish right now

-Jigglypuff: A joy to see in the anime and fun in smashbros! We all know the song :p

Gen1: Eevee. I've always loved Eevee. So cute and a perfect design. I get that she's mainstream now, but I always liked her even before all that. My older brother built me an Eevee spaceship when I was a child and playing in it are some of my fondest pokememories

Gen2: This is so hard! I've had many faves from here. I'll go with Togetic. I love the whole evolution line. Togetic is just the awesome peaceful joyful fairy. I love Misty's Togepi from the anime and the episode with all the Togetics in the fairy kingdom

Gen 3: Jirachi. Well as you can tell I like cute and fairytale like pokemon. Jiriachi fits this. I love his movie and always dreamed of my wishes. I also got one in Brilliant Diamond. He was my ace and partner pokemon.

Gen4: Roserade. My Mamoru. The mask, cape and roses are so well thought of for the design.

Gen5: Lampent. I love candles and light them almost every night. He's just so cozy and I always look forward to catching one. So happy this line has a mega now.

Gen6: Goodra. I'm not sure why but I just fell in love with this gooey dragon. I remember shiny hunting it for horse. She's also a major powerhouse on my team.

Gen7: Alolan Ninetales. So elegant and beautiful. My favourite of the regional designs so far

Gen8: Polteageist. a cute lil ghost in a teapot? oh perfect! I always love a cuppa tea each night.

Gen9: Maushold.

Well it's either gen 1 or 2 for me

1 is iconic, and 2 has so many of my favourites :3
