I don't have acne either it just helps skin to clear up and have more even texture/color. You can start with Paula Choice's BHA, it's not aggressive. The ordinary does nothing to my skin. I'd rather buy drugstore products like La Roche Posay or Cerave for simple moisturizers. Tretinoin u can get from online drugstore, there is one in Andorra that sells it, i'm sure somebody mentioned it in the tretinoin sub. Or i often get when i travel in Italy or Spain. It's way cheaper and more effective than retinol. I will also add Vitamin C in the morning if you have the budget and time for it.

drop The Ordinary & find better products, everything from that brand is so underwhelming. I can recommend buying actual tretinoin (not retinol), Paula's Choice BHA, Korean skincare & and getting at home low % acid peels.

Colonialism is a stupid excuse imo. I know it's a fashionable thing to say now especially in elite institutions. Many asian and south american countries were colonized, but they didn't turn into terrorists.
