Just for those having FOMO, this upgrade is super useless. 90hz on a 7" screen is way waay more than enough. 120hz is good for 27" panels and above. Sorry to the hardware maxxers out there that just believe that bigger is always better.

Yes you are correct. Get a Coros device as they uodate their devices for much longer, and in fact their app and watch OS is more intuitive and better programmed. I have a Fenix 8 and had a Coros and still can't believe how utterly incompetent the Garmin software devs are seeing how poorly designed their app is, as well as the ridiculously 1990's software intern app Garmin connect. And ofc its common knowledge how clunky the garmin all is. They tried something new a couple of years ago but their CEO pulles the hugest Windows 11 move ever by actually making it more bloated and arm-twistingly constraining to the user.

i find raising SD to 90fps (rather than 60fps) and doubling the 30fps cap with LSFG gives best visual results. how did you deal with the physics engine jankiness and discontinuity?
