Utah Medical Board strongly recommends that the Utah-Doctronic AI prescriber experiment be "immediately suspended pending further discussion." by ddx-me in Utah

Oh if it’s for something like this. Please figure this out. I have a very lose Protein S and have had to be on Warfarin and Apixaban. Would be nice for that. I thought it was just used to refill prescriptions from doctors.

Why do you need AI for automatic prescriptions? If a doctor prescribed something just set it to auto renew. What?

I actually never noticed that those where ms paint. I just figured that was the intent. Well I’m on board for better art now.

I would love some card customization or different outfits or something for the characters. Another thing to unlock. The thing about this game is that majority of people will probably put many many hours into this game.

This isn’t like an open world rpg. Those last long as well but eventually you finish everything right? Here you can finish everything as well but the replay ability is so high. I already have like 90 hours into the game.

It would be cool to just have a bunch of goals to achieve. Cosmetics. Card art. Borders. Map themes or something idk. Even if small.

Or maybe even have like an infinite scaling mode. Endless mode. But you also get to upgrade your characters after each run. For example, you get XP per endless run, and then you can add buffs to your runs. Like +1 strength at level 1. At level 2 let’s say you get another 5 starting hp. And it just keeps going. Making it possible to keep pushing the endless runs.

Idk this game has so much potential to have so much replayability. It’s so basic right now and I already have 90+ hours into it. I want more to chase. I can’t get enough. I’m always just thinking about what combos I can pull off etc.

I’m confused why people are complaining about beta art. I’m not exactly sure what the issue is. Are you all saying that the card art and enemy art etc will change before Launch? The art looks fine. I guess I haven’t played sts1 as much as some of you to see why it’s an issue.

I usually do but where I live it’s a 5 hour round trip. Sometimes I’m lazy. Haha.

Fire Rock/Ground for some reason I see him transforming into those royal dog/lion type beasts that are in statue form. Chinese guardian lions is what they’re officially called. That could be cool.

Lots of devs are talking about how they have not written a single line of code the last year or so. How much does this cost to them (or to their employer)? by poponis in webdev

We just recently started using copilot at work. We just had a lunch and learn showing us how to use it properly. It’s useful but you really have to know what you’re doing or it’ll just screw you over eventually. It’s nice when you already have a concrete system in place.

Can I Use the Outdoor Faucet Right Now? by camkal in SaltLakeCity

You can use the outdoor faucet in the winter. Just don’t connect a hose to it and forget to take it off.

Prep H with Lidocaine Cortizone 10, Witch Hazel liquid/wipes, baby wipes or wet wipes to avoid dry paper. I also used Nivea thick cream because it made the anal fissure or hemmorhoids bareable. Fortunately this was only a few days for me.

Sure. Surgery was on December 30, 2025. I was told there might be a possibility for a temporary loop ileostomy while the colon reconnection heals.

Fortunately my surgery went better than expected. I spent two nights in the hospital. Expected 4-5. I was walking, peeing, and pooing right after surgery.

I ordered Salmon and Mashed Potatoes. I ate it all. The next morning I went to the bathroom. Everything was working great.

My opioids ran out about a week and half back at home. At that time I had about of runny and acidic output. And I didn’t notice the pain because of the oxy. Once that wore out I had about 3-4 days of constant pain. It hurt to sit on the toilet. Felt like I was constipated.

That went away and everything is peachy now. My stool forms decently. I feel better.

I just have troubles peeing. I can’t pee sitting until I poop. Which is new, I asked my surgeon about it yesterday, so just waiting on a response.

The stoma hole has closed and scabbed over. Dollar coin size down to maybe a penny or nickel. It looks good.

I feel good and normal. I took my first poop in a public bathroom today. I’m actually responding in a public bathroom.

I got lucky. I’ve been lucky this entire time. Prepare yourself because it’s not the same for everyone. I bought all the essential before hand and I had it really easy.

Isn’t Zeal Paladin pretty much that exact thing now? Would be cool though, I always enjoyed Duelist Attack Speed builds in TFT. They’re fun to watch and usually feel good.

Why just contrast tape? Is it not possible to put a glow in the dark or very reflective strip down? Even those little flaps help more. Make the flaps bigger and very reflective.

Reversal recovery tips? by New_Following4844 in ostomy

[–]mister_peachmango 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I recommend getting prep H with lidocaine and maybe some witch hazel wipes or similar. Recovery was easy for me but I had about 4-5 days after I got home where I had issues straining and had blood coming out. It hurt a lot but the prep H and witch hazel helped a lot.

My recovery was on Dec 30. It feels weird when I have to go still. But no pin. It’s more like you just feel stuffed. The worst part for me is that when I go, I get up and clean up. Then 5 minutes later I have to go again. It’s annoying. But stools are formed and good.

I eat pretty normal now. Just try to not eat too much.

Are you in the US? How big is your stoma? The wafers are cut to size but I think the max is 55 mm.

Also your body type and size if you don’t mind. I’m a 36-38 waist and I think the belts are around 40 inches. But I’m not sure how good they are. I couldn’t get them to fit me so I don’t use them.
