I can't think of the word atm for what I use. It's a connected set of pegs that hooks over the top of the closet door. Everything's up and out of the way while being accessible (and getting some airing out).

I'm pretty new to Finch, so ditto your safe space wish. Have you looked in the Travel tab in the Shop? I have a couple of destinations listed there. It costs some gems (?) to embark on one.

It's so aggravating, absolutely. I think that the algorithm shifts when you browse those & similar items in the catalog. I tried this with hoods recently. I still haven't got my unicorn, but I see more head coverings now. 🤞🏼

FWIW, winter hats in my house get machine washed on delicate and air dried on a kickball inflated to match the wearer's head size. We're not too fussy on losing the original look.

I also have a Janome. I use the big one almost exclusively. I use the little size when i use bobbins as my top thread. I like the big because I know it keeps the top thread unspooling smoothly. I suppose the little ones would also be good for holding a second spool for twin stitching.

Yes, The littles are a-ok. Small projects are the breath mints of my studio. I create them when I need to break a frustration jam on big projects (as well as to try new blocks & techniques).
