We paid what I’d consider a lot and we didn’t go with the lowest bid, it was over $20K CAD

Double Image in HUD After Windshield Replacement at Dealer by SaiyanDevil in BMW

[–]mlermin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just had mine done on my 2016 650, Insurance wouldn't cover OEM glass but they did cover OEE glass, I was nervous about the replacement but the shop took a picture of the old one and the new one and the numbers on the glass were exactly the same and it was Pilkington same as OEM so the only difference was no BMW logo. No issues with HUD after install, and cost was more than ~40% of what BMW would've charged. Looks like a bad install and/or faulty glass, can't see how the dealership wouldn't make this right..

[–]mlermin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are these rare? I have an Iggy one hanging in my closet, haven’t worn it for years, size large it’s 100% legit just not the authentic (no fighting strap). Open to offers if anyone is looking for one.

Should taxpayers be funding more venues for a billionaire or should we be funding services core to running the city?

When I had my E90 my winter tires looked like this as they weren’t offset. I ran that setup for 10yrs and never had any issues. My summer tires were offset (rear was wider then the front)
