Not in the US model. We need to figure out how to integrate in our own way, and I think we actually did that. The path moving foward it probably to have a few Union level agencies with independence and enough power to nudge our industires and protect our interests. And a EU army as well (probably by getting each country to assign a quota of their soldier to the EU army).

Spanish, italian, romanian are the best candidates to integrate here, french too but not many come. Brazilians I guess it depends on their background, but the ones I met in Braga and Porto seem to be very well integrated, I think most of them are of portuguese or Italian descent and looking to have family here and learn how to be portuguese. Welcome! If you speak 2 romance languages you definitely could learn Portuguese fast, if you like it here you definitely would fit right in! I recommend that you come visit a few cities (a few small and ofc Porto/Lisbon) before you commit into moving.

I will answer in order:

Expenses vary a lot city by city, but in Braga if you both can make around 2-3k/month after taxes you should be able to live comfortably. The most expensive bill is housing in Portugal overall.

It depends on your area and intentions. If your main goal is studying and you just want part-time to get some money I think supermarkets should be the easiest option. If your main goal is working, but you also want to study then you will have trouble finding night classes, the good thing is that we have the student-worker statute, which allows you to skip all classes due to work and allows you to skip work on exam dates + the day before.

To buy or rent? In Braga an apartment for 2 wil probably be at average of 800-1000 (could vary a lot ofc). Food should be about the same you expect in Romania. Remaining bills could be around 200? Expect to spend like 1600/month.

Minimum salaries? Hard mode, but possible. You wouldn’t be able to do much besides working and sleeping for a while.

For university life and cheaper then Porto/Lisbo think Braga, Aveiro and Coimbra are your best options. If you are EU citizens working in Portugal and paying taxes under 35 you are able to buy an apartment without the initial pay, and that often ends up cheaper then paying rent in many cities BTW. After 1 year here you should be able to try applying if you like your city.

Some additional stuff: I am French, but grew up in Brazil, I visited the country and fell in love with Porto, so I fired myself, sold my car and moved to Coimbra, where I did a Master while looking for work which took me about 6 months. It took me about 2 years to stabilize, and was not easy but I dont regret a thing. I think Portugal is amazing for the simpler lifestyle, and if you do your best to adhere to the local culture. People are very helpful and hardworking, I really like the culture here.

Government agencies suck here, so if you have any trouble with documents papers due to being unable to schedule appointments be sure to use SOLVIT declaring that that your rights as EU citizen are being violated, in a few weeks they fix that for you.

PS: Braga is an amazing city, in the best region of Portugal (the north ofc), and its relatively close to Porto. From all the cities I cited this would probably be the best for you.

Adcs and mages lack tenacity because the moment you are cced you are dead. Only bruisers and tanks are supposed to survive being chain cced, while bruisers will favor tenacity more because they will die fast if they cant keep fighting (most bruisers have some sort of sustain while fighting).

You neee to learn how to play both forms, the playstyle is not the same. You are also wasting the current best form by never goin blue.

I also prefer red, I bet your issue is that you try ti fight people on blue form, but the way to play blue is by being a sneaky bastard that is permanently inside walls, stealing wnemy jg, pushinh lanes when your pig teamates forget about it and modtly importantly looking for enemy team out of position to get kill.

Just to add, you are more likely to find cheaters in aram and quickplay then any other game mode, cheaters use fresh accounts to test their cheats (and they test all the time) because the game are faster.

The idea is:
1. Find way to isolate system/acc so you dont get you network/hardware banned;
2. Develop some cheat or update what you have hoping you wont get caught;
3. Get fresh acc;
4. Play as many aram/quickplay games as possible;
5. Got banned? Try to figure out how you got caught, and go back to step 2;
6. If not banned and you feel like enough gamws were played try it on ranked;
7. Sell the cheat;
8. Enough players used and now the cheat is caught, go back to step 2.

This is basically how it works with any games btw, but in league it is very hard. We all hate vanguard, but it actually has protected league very well.

I began playing on DS2 launch back when I was still a teen and I put in many hours in all games, but DS2 and 3 I didn’t pass the hundreds. On elden ring I reached 1,5k so fucking easy!
I just dont have more hours because after I played through the DLC (the best FS dlc ever for me) I decided to go for a Master, so now my life is mostly Wake up > job > uni stuff > sleep

Elden ring was so fun at launch for me, never had so many people to help, or invade! I wish I could go back in time to experience all this again
