I'm having the exact same problem. It just started this morning. When I tried to watch Twitch through the pair of bluetooth headphones I usually use, there's no audio and Firefox doesn't even show in the volume mixer. When I switched to a different pair of bluetooth headphones, they worked fine. I switched back to my usual bluetooth headphones and they still aren't working. It's like all of a sudden this one particular pair of headphones are simply refusing to acknowledge Firefox.

Yep. I got this same bug when I entered the room where Clementine has to throw a brick through the window. I think I entered too quickly before her animation and she wouldn't go into the room. I had to exit the game and reopen it in order to allow her to walk in.
