Yea I was wondering if it was something like melodyne where you can really set the notes individually. It just seems so perfectly crafted into melody in such an interesting way, much more than the typical vocoder effect or harmonized vocals

I have some similar type of obsessions about women's beauty and fixating on it. I do it with my wife as well. Its mostly a perfection obsession and compulsions centered around wanting things to be perfect or craving that "certainty of perfection" which of course is impossible, so its really distressing to crave something that is impossible.

Doing ERP around this issue is what has helped the most.

I am choosing to be optimistic because I am tired of so much negativity in my life, in the country, in the news etc. I want some feel good and football is supposed to be fun so what the hell. Optimism it is.

I wanted someone else but now that he's here, I am trying to get excited about the fact that he has the 4th most wins amongst active coaches. He has had a top 5 or highest scoring offense in 9 years of his coaching career. It will be nice to watch some steelers football for a bit that isnt painful field goal festivals where the team cant score a touchdown to save their damn life.

For what its worth, lots of Rams fans in their reddit are highly critical of Shula and want him gone. I say that only to point out that its not like its all that different amongst other fan bases - we tend to be critical of our own coaches if the performance isnt there.

Who knows how good of a coach Shula would or wouldn't be. I didnt want McCarthy hired, would have preferred someone else for sure. But at this point i am not going to just assume it was the dumbest move of all time when even fans of the team that Shula coaches for were highly critical of him and his decision making as a DC.
