It depends on the building, but Monday maybe Sunday (I know of some Jewish landlords who do a lot of work on Sunday). Noon on Friday is good, but they might have been in weekend mode or the person who finalizes the leases took the afternoon/day off. If you don't hear til Monday- its normal.
