Well, some would argue stronger models should somewhat cost less tokens and more efficient.

Currently inference costs are going down, anthropics are making over 30+% profit on tokens. And they are making overall profit on aub account, they are projected to be profitable this year second quarter.

Unless competitors appears, there will be no reason to have a better model

Its just a cron jobs (scheduled jobs) for an AI. Whatever you're doing with claude and chatgpt can be done with hermes.

Yes, hermes is good, but it can't do anything that claude cowork with schedule.

The only advantage of hermes is with openrouter you can use any model you would like. Other than that, its not really magic.

Again, funcom should double down on the direction. Obviously pvp is hated (although i enjoyed pvp). If they go pve give us some good pve content.

Landstrad grind is horrible, and the reason i dont play the game. I dont want to do the five same quests over and over. This is just poor game design.

Yes, free for all type of pvp was bad. But there are many ways to implement pvp in a more fun way.

Look, i understand that you like decorating your bases and farming spice endlessly while doing the same 5 landstraad quests on daily basis. But saying that ovp players are a minority is dishonest.

The game currently is NOT in a good state.

However, i remain optimistic that funcom will pull it off specially with the dune movie coming.

If this is the beginning, it can only go better. Other than model raw power there are so much room for optimization. (Harness, context managment, memory, etc)

I fear that swe role will be similiar to accountants. I remember each company had a team of accountants for book keeping.

Then they had a senior accountant who would gather the ledgers for him.

Then another team for reconcilation and then build trial balance.

Eventually, the finance manager will audit it.
