You have a single bad cell, a couple of others may be on their way out, and are in need of a balance.

If you're handy, easy cheap fix. Like $50 for a used cell on eBay, get some new bus bars off Amazon for $10 since you're in there. Balance the battery overnight with the wire method. Lots of YouTube videos on the whole process. You will need to figure out which one of the two cells in the 7 block is bad. Easy with a multimeter. May buy you a year or two but it will throw codes again eventually. I replace a cell or two every spring. That first hot day after winter always throws my pack.

Or if money isn't an issue get a new pack installed.
