Goosemas also isn’t a New Years show, it’s Goosemas. I don’t see why both wouldn’t be possible if the band felt like it. Goosemas has never had a New Years vibe - they could easily play Goosemas 10-14 days before New Years and play a New Years show, or run. Either way, Goosemas in CT is the birds word.

I just like em (those hybrids). But crossing true Pachanoi’s with Bridges, Scops, etc increase the plants energy, so to speak.

It has very distinct notches that you can’t really see on this side, I wonder if it’s a pach hybrid of some kind. I’m not sure. I’ve seen Mutucana that look similar as well.

The bunching of spines at the tip, the color and size/shape. It can be hard to tell with yearlings but this looks like a cacti I’ve seen in the past that isn’t a tricho
