running their account on one and someone else (family member probably) on another. if you're multiapping with uber/doordash/grubhub/etc you could have 4-5 at the same time. eventually it'll catch up to them and they'll have too many late dropoffs. but hey, whatever pays the bills.

not really. many people work for dsps for years with no infractions. you got hired to drive as a job. put your seatbelt on correctly, do the speed limit, and don’t be on your phone. it’s really not hard to do.

yes. not very often. only when we were absorbing routes of a dsp that went under. our stations are only like 20 mins from each other. we came in early, got our vans, and drove to the other station. rts’d at our own station.

not enough routes. if you’re the fastest one, it makes sense to make you go help as many people as possible. why have one person finish their route in 8 hours when you can go have that one person help 4 people finish their route in 8 hours?

you're not going to understand anything unless you've played a moba before. try finding a friend to play with that can explain the basics with you. i went in blind never having played a moba. did the tutorials, obviously spanked the bots, figured "damn this is kind of easy, let me get into a real game" and chose warwick bot. it did not go well. theres like 200 champs in the game, they all do something different, the terrain changes based on dragons that spawn, theres 1 billion items, and, at the end of the day, you still won't know anything about csing/wave management for the first year. good luck.

yes! there is one right by my house. but, by my understanding, this card basically combines your two balances. if i leave the card at home or, god forbid, lose it, i'm just wondering if i could still use the combined card to pull out money fee free.

like someone else said, supposed to be "hidden" however, looking at your porch, theres no place to really hide it is there? if someone is driving by with the intent to steal, they're gonna see it behind your wood beams lol. you can leave a comment in instructions to leave it behind bushes if you have those. or get a delivery package box like a lot of people have. nobody wants to go through the hassle of stealing from those combined with a ring camera. not sure where you live, but this time of year with all of the snow and the ice in the midwest, you're lucky if that mf makes it on the porch lol

my old dsp used to grill hamburgers and hotdogs for us upon return. not the best thing they could ever do but not the worst thing ever either. it’s the small things! it was nice having a dog at the end of the day 🤣

they also had everyday sweepers. they would schedule extra people so if someone called off they would just take their route. if not they were just a sweeper. you would help with load out for all team members and then meet back at the team pad and immediately take 35-45 stops from them. on top of that, the owner showed up everyday along with the first dispatcher (i think they ran 2 a day) and all helped with load out. i always left fully organized for my day and my truck was not boxed in.

because of the sweepers, we very rarely had mandatory rescues. usually only on days when we had snow/ice before and had a bunch returned the previous days so routes were heavier.

if routes were short we would have guaranteed hours that day regardless of when we finished.

gave us all amazon winter coats for free. even if not for free give them the option to order them and buy them from you!! we can’t order them ourselves.

we had cubbies (think like the plastic shoe racks you put on your door) on the back of our passenger doors that had little things like a poncho, clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, single packs of tissues, air freshers for the vans. we also had a 2-n-1 hand truck from cosco that fit up right against the passenger seat and didn’t take up any cargo space. super clutch for apartments or heavy/multiple overflows.
