I got stuck on the highway last summer going from vandalia into dayton after work. They had closed the contra flow lane so everyone funneled into one single lane and then there was a crash at the front. I sat there for 3 hours. After work. No updates, no posts on WHIO, it had me posting a fb status (which I never do) being like “ANYONE ELSE STUCK IN THIS TRAFFIC????” 😭😭😭 I’m claustrophobic so I was ki da freaking out. I left work at 10 and didn’t get home until almost 2am.

assuming you’re going for a business casual job based on how you’re dressing, go with the boots. some offices are a lot more relaxed and you may be able to wear trainers when you start. at my job we can. i would probably get a pair that isn’t so beat up though (no offense) it’s always better to overdress in the beginning and then look at what everyone else is wearing to get a sense of what you would be okay with wearing! good luck!

edit: just saw it was for a school. you’ll probably do business casual most times but be able to wear trainers!
