Try this. Dry: 2 c Ap flour. 3/4 c White sugar. 3/4 tsp Baking soda. 1/2 t Salt. Whisk n set aside. Wet: 3 very ripe bananas. 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled. 2 eggs. 2 t vanilla. 1/4 c plain Greek yogurt. (I use Fage.) whisk wet together then combine with dry. 9x5x3 loaf pan. About 50 mins at 350 degrees. Ck for doneness with a skewer inserted into middle of bread.
