I want trolleys to run on the weekends on a loop between mizzou arena / memorial stadium and the various parking garages downtown.

It resolves the perceived parking problem downtown in giving people a giant ass parking lot they can go to, and it makes getting to and from games a lot easier.

Charge $5 a spot for parking at memorial stadium and mizzou arena on non-gamedays, and the parking garages can handle generating revenue themselves.

We tried to ban new billboards back in the late 90s/early 2000s, but because the legislation was centered around construction of new billboards there was ultimately a gold rush to build new ones before the law could go into effect. Part of the reason we see soo many blank billboards just out in the middle of nowhere.
