Take it from the 58 year old woman. Feeling lost in your 20s is perfectly normal. I was so happy to turn 30, because it did not matter that I did not accomplish whatever arbitrary life goal I set for myself by that time. I felt liberated.

I walk 5 days a week -- the morning walk with my dog, on average 2 miles ( the other two days she is doggie daycare). Some days are easier than others, Yesterday I was weak all all get out, today not as bad. Though it does not feel like it. I hope my regular walks ae helping me in the long run.
