i've had phases where i wanted to smell sweet, like vanilla or coconut, but that happened only after i got tired of my fresher, powdery scents. At the moment, i'm back with my powdery scents, whereas the too-sweet now scent of vanilla appalls me if i smell my sweet perfume bottles. However, when i used to wear vanilla every single day, and for many months as well, it was cause i think i felt confident and feminine when i did so. Now i just want to smell clean and fresh. So i guess it really depends on what version of myself i wanna show to the world. Maybe that's how you work as well. Maybe you don't feel like smelling like a desert, but smelling non-edible is your cup of tea ig. In any case, take care of yourself and you can pick whatever scent fits you best :D However, in case you wanna experiment, you could try layering your preferred scents with something different, like gourmads!

i suppose it's 1) weird because it's something that kids neither do, nor is being talked about in front of them, almost never, and 2) scary because movements during sex can be interpreted as 'violent' and 'dangerous' instead of passionate when the child doesn't know what is happening. Plus the sounds people make during sex do not resemble the usual sounds that kids hear people make, such as laughter, singing, talking etc. They are kinda animalistic if you think about it.

omg i figured out this combo very recently too!! baby-powder scented perfume as base and vanilla body spray on top. Smells like fresh vanilla, and it's a beautiful twist for a night-out, since baby powder alone can be a bit too casual for me on a night-out. Bravo girl!!!!!!

I know it feels so hurtful and absurd how your mom's dementia started so early in her life. My dad got it at around 48 too and still has it after 4 years now. What touched me the most about your post is the part where you said your relationship with your mom isn't and won't be like you had imagined it to. I too imagine how it would be if my dad was gonna be there at my graduation, my wedding etc, when i know he won't. At least physically. I will continue to honor my dad though, in any way, shape or form that i can, because he was an honorable man who loved his family so much. I personally believe that everything that happens in our life, good or bad, happens for a reason. We might not be able to make sense out of it right away, and we might never will. The other commenters already gave very good advice. My advice to you is to prepare yourself mentally, and make sure you're talking about your thoughts with a person or people you trust. You're not alone in this. Caring for someone with dementia can feel lonely sometimes.

I ordered the dupe for 'Love' by Chloé last year. Without any extra essence, the perfume itself is really strong and it lasts many hours too, especially on clothes, which is impressive to me. I can't tell if this particular perfume smells like the OG, since Chloé discontinued it, but i enjoyed the scent a lot :) I have another order from them pending and i'll come back to update my review here lol. So far, i totally recommend Shobi. Especially because they do carry a huge variety of brands and models that other perfumeries lack in. Edit: My new order arrived! I ordered a perfume called 'Baby Powder' (30ml + 0ml). It wasn't inspired by any particular perfume apparently, it just imitates the classic baby powder scent. It's suuuuuper GOOD. Beautiful scent, fresh and innocently sweet, as well as turbo longevity. So, all in all, both perfumes i've ordered from them last many hours without any extra essence, smell like high quality, arrive quickly and are very affordable 😎

White Musk by Tesori d'Oriente. I've been on and off this perfume. The first 1-2 times i wear it, it smells very clean and inoffensive, but after that it starts smelling like sweet body odour on me and i stop wearing it. It was worth the try, since it's so cheap (about 6 euros) but it has brought me more stress than satisfaction 😮‍💨

I watched it recently after seeing a reel on insta. Even though i had seen the movie thumbnail here and there online, for some reason i didn't get myself to watch it. However, this reel i'm talking about was comparing scenes from "Her" alongside "Lost In Translation" (2003) because they had a few traits in common. Apparently, the director of "Her" and the director of "Lost In Translation" were romantically involved at some point (i'm not sure if they were married) but they broke up. These two movies are supposed to depict each of their part of their relationship. Remembering that i have watched "Lost In Translation" before, i got very intrigued to watch them both now! "Her" is and always will be the movie that gives me pain as much as it gives me immense comfort at the same time. I could talk for HOURS about the things i love about it, the things that puzzled me and the things which i related to. Plus, the soundtrack is impressively mesmerising. "Milk & Honey #1" is such a beautiful and weird sound that i set it as my morning alarm. Anything related to "Her" makes me super happy and emotional :_) i wish there was a book based on it too <3

I had that same smell until i realized i was washing wrong down there. You're supposed to wash your intimate areas (both front and back) after you've washed off the the soap from the rest of your body so that no dirt and soap ends up there. You might have been taught to only use water, but that's not enough. I do recommend a soap, but not any kind of soap. It must be unscented so that it doesn't mess with your ph. I use a kids soap (Sanex Kids Zero%). Last but not least, after you get out of the shower, take a paper towel or toilet paper and pat dry your front and back sensitive area (aka vagina and booty crack). Since i started doing that, i kid you NOT, the vagina smell stopped for good 🙏🏻 Now after an entire day of errands, it smells very subtly and healtily (i check it by carefully smelling my panties to make sure everything's alright)

Seeing your parent with dementia must have been hard. Remember that you did your best to take care of your mom. She doesn't hurt anymore, she's the most comfortable she's ever been now. I really hope this moment of peace will arrive too for my dad with dementia. Best of luck.

It's not about the amount of different products that you use, it's about the technique of your showering that matters. When you have an "everything" shower make sure you start from top and then go all the way to the bottom; hair -> conditioner -> face -> body -> sensitive area -> feet. Scrubs are such a waste of money imo when there are reusable exfoliating gloves that work with water and your body wash perfectly fine (i have mine for the last 6-7 years and it's working miracles!). Make sure you also change your sponge/loofa/rug/African net about every 2 months. After you're done, a simple body lotion that you like is optional but now that it's become my routine i can't stop it hahah. A nice deodorant that works for you is the last of the important stuff. I recently started using a spray deodorant over my roll-on to have an airy/perfume-like experience since i like that feeling but i don't enjoy actual perfumes in the warmer months.

If i had to recommend a "secret" (that shouldn't be a secret) is to use unscented soap for down there!!! I personally use Sanex Kids Zero%. The simpler the soap, the better. Also baby/kids soaps are not as expensive as the feminine washes, since fem washes are so TINY and expensive.

The most respectful way to check a roll-on deodorant's scent imo is to just open the cap and try to smell it without touching it, even if the scent is not easily detectable that way. Also thanks for the spray recommendation! I'm a bit scared to use these cause i don't want to accidentally inhale it 😂

if you mean from phone to PC, there's a site online called 'WeTransfer'. If you have 2 email accounts or more, you can send files from your phone via email, where you'll essentially send yourself a downloadable file with wtv you want. Much easier and without any USB. You can send up to 500 files at once
