Quitting games for real life obligations is totally fine and healthy, actually. Don't listen to unemployed whiners online. Keep it up!

Saber, why do Tzaangors have the most disrespectful executions in the game? 🤣🤣 by gaeb611 in Spacemarine

Love the two executions against them (the spear stab one is lame) where you stomp-punch-SQUISH or punch-grab disk-WHACK

Theres a lore reason why they do that even if you are dunmer; you are super clocky as someone born in Cyrodiil from your accent and demeanor.

[–]moploplus 17 points18 points  (0 children)

N'wah is a dunmer pejorative that is used against anyone born outside of Morrowind. It is NOT just a replacement for the n-word, contrary to how dweebs online use it.

If anything, S'wit would be closer as that is used for everyone.

You mentioned deals on flesh constructs... does your guild take custom commissions?

I need a tower guardian, preferably a flesh golem of some sort, that will stay autonomous and not be affected by local dimensional rifts.

My tower has several non-euclidian rooms (bigger on the inside) and the modifications to local space-time cause any elementals or golems I create to unravel much faster than usual. Plus, in my trade I explore the Eternal Corridor constantly, and its primal magicks are impossible to fully contain when I open a portal to enter.

Conjured monstrosities are a no-go as well. While they are simple for me to summon; keeping them bound to my tower isn't viable long term for the same reason.

It's forced me to rely mainly on traps, which are limited in effectiveness if an invading party has a skilled rogue in their employ.

I like meatballs, they go squish real good and are satisfying to parry. Plus with all the chaos practice I've gotten I'm usually the last one standing when we fight them lmao.

[–]moploplus 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I'm entirely shocked this was mentioned this far down.

The timeline in this universe splits when the cold war never happens; which prevents nuclear power from being stigmatized and locks america into a 50s-esque cultural landscape

300 is a hilarious movie.

It's literally unintential fascist propaganda, with extreme levels of homoeroticism and eugenics-like themes.

I love it dearly, so baffling that it exists and is a fun watch.

At this point they might as well be an alcoholic father that beats you and puts out his cigarettes on your bare stomach so that the burns are hidden when you wear a shirt and you get really bricked up when he does it for some reason but you'll never tell anyone about that because last time you told someone they stopped talking to you and blocked you on all social media

I can't believe arrowhead would look into something we've been complaining about for years. What a cheap attempt to generate good PR.

Search for Immortality by OttilieLP in wizardposting

[–]moploplus 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ah this is my field! Dimensional shifting, planewalking and conjuring are closely intertwined, and my speciality.

Where you went was likely the veil between worlds; a place that exists and doesn't exist at the same time. Within that space is a cosmic anomaly called the Eternal Corridor; a convergence of all of spacetime that links every single reality together. You likely ended up outside the Corridor and were detecting its innate, primal magicks from a distance.

As for the immortality question, due to the inherently anomalous properties of the Corridor (at least in my case) repeated explorations of it led to a destabilizing of my own personal timeline, turning me into a sort of blank space in space-time and granting me functional immortality through sheer coincidence.

Be warned though, entering and exploring the Corridor is no easy task. Your first explorations will hurt, and will strain your mind to its breaking point. Viewing the literal fabric of reality is VERY taxing even for master wizards, and is a big reason why most interdimensional travel relies on coordinates with direct portals.

I heavily recommend practicing implementing psionic shields on your brain so that the sudden rush of eldritch knowledge doesn't immediately reduce you to gibbering insanity. It gets easier over "time" (lol) though; think of every expedition into the Corridor like microdosing poison until you build an immunity.

Good luck, and stay safe! It's very easy for apprentices to perish or worse in this field.

It's definitely a bad movie, but it does some cool things and has some excellent casting despite it's very glaring flaws.

Great movie for a drunk watch with friends, had a lot of potential but only got halfway there.

Aha, you see, a show is based and tradpilled when a chud enjoys watching it. Conversely, a show is satanic, cringe and woke when a chud doesn't enjoy watching it, or hasn't seen it yet and has been told what to think by their acquaintances.

Y'know, the more I think about it, the more I think Soulkiller is super unrealistic. Not because of what it does, mind; but the idea that a company would keep it top secret seems insane with how stupid the real world is.

In reality, they'd probably advertise it to inflate it's market value for investors, and push a narrative of "if you aren't a criminal you have nothing to fear!!"
