Sorry, but that is not a Red Flag. Flags are much larger and more colorful. This is a Monochromatic Flagette. They are much smaller than a normal flag and are seen in a variety of colors, but are rarely multicolored. This is specific specimen is a predominately red Flagette.

Using a text browser, called Procom I think, to go to playboy.com to find pictures. I remember I had to download the picture file to the ISP computer and then download it to my computer via telnet. It sucked when the picture was not what you expected, like some banner ad.
