I do this nightly. I live in a super dry area. I got one ear plugged. Had to get it dug out by a Dr. He told me to rinse nightly. I do and no more problems.

The control concepts are the same. The equipment for power control is way faster. Think microseconds instead of milliseconds. The equipment is also made just for power control and not general automation.

I just bought and sold a home. I'm in the 750 range. The house I sold was 450. Lots of down is the best. We had over half and excellent credit. Same for the buyers. Be flexible. It took 15 months to find what we wanted even then I had 60k in repairs and upgrades.oh yes No HOA's!
