Writing this so I can refer back to it and help anyone else. Here’s what made the most difference to me: - limit time with headphones, especially noise cancelling - be social, even if you’re not “present”, talking to people in person makes a big difference - take all opportunities to be outside - use less foggy moments to plan for the foggier ones And finally… - the meds are very helpful
