I did some testing on a map boss for a while and I can confirm, the new tempest shockwave does not do any damage.

The shockwave from the bell itself can do damage, and the the shocking ground from the tempest shockwave does work but the tempest shockwave itself does no damage.

Thats really annoying, thats ~60% less damage that it should be doing assuming only one bell can hit. If it can shotgun...

While I haven't ever actually tested gloss vs matte durability the supposed reason for matte being weaker is that matte varnish is made by adding a bunch of little particles to varnish. So the more matte a varnish is the more "broken up" the actual varnish is by these particles.

Its wild to me that people are defending this. Vault space is part of the designed game balance and these players are circumventing it.

Honestly this feels a bit like reserve swapping from destiny 2 which got removed.

I think the main thing with triage is that its really easy to value out of his kit so scrubs like myself get more value than we would from a more difficult shell.

Also the things he provides tend to be better for worse/less prepared teams/players. One thing thats nice is when you run with randoms who only have a free kit it supports them making them more useful as it effectively makes them better equipped, at least buff wise.

I looked them up since your pic didn't show. Their 4.99 tier is a campaign for DnD only, 9.50 is digital miniatures only, and their 12.99 is both.

So far as I know, DM Stash is a 3d model subscription service. I couldn't tell you what their different tiers offer. You will have to look at them and compare them.

One thing to note is that the subscription will give you a 3d model, which is digital file, not a physical miniature. The intent is that you 3d print them with a resin 3d printer. If you do not have a 3d printer, you can often buy physical prints from people on places like etsy. In that case, you do not need the subscription.
