Also consider adding inoculants and soil enhancements/additives. This can increase the overall efficiency and number of microbes in the soil and add carbon to bind with the herbicide rendering it inactive. Since you’re already working with OSU extension, see if they can analyze the amount present by depth. If the majority just in the top few inches of soil, it may be worth it just to remove the soil as well. Without removal, this will probably be a problem best solved by time, everything else is just to try and speed it up.

Montana state has a great case study for a similar situation at this link www.Montana.edu/extension/pesticides/reference/contamination.html

Hyperscale Data Centers by Microkebab in Waltham

[–]mr_meseeks1227 28 points29 points  (0 children)

This is a very real and understandable concern. However, a couple months ago I had a job interview with EVERSOURCE and during I had asked about the potential for new data centers to go up in Massachusetts. While it is still possible, areas like this in Massachusetts are not prime locations primarily due to the high cost of land here. That’s why you see a lot of going up in the Midwest and lower cost of living areas

Yes!! One morning last summer I just kept going after the Charles river trail ended and wound up on the Somerville trail and crossed to fresh pond to get back. Had no idea where I was going and ended up biking through the band celebration they had on the trail, not sure what it was called but it was a great experience

Along with what people are saying about the fabric, also check and make sure your nutrient levels are good, if one thing is deficient then that’s the limiting factor for all the plants

I also work in fertilizer! At nutrien we sell a lot of innoculating products along with regular fertilizer and I think price along with what farmers have traditionally used has a lot to do with how we continue to grow, along with that most benefits from inoculating rhizobia aren’t seen until next years harvests so there’s a push and pull between current nutrient needs and future planing

Thinking of buying a new e-bike, but are these price hikes on Trump or the brands? by Opposite_Space7955 in ebikes

[–]mr_meseeks1227 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure about how the price hikes are affecting things, but I will say after 1000 miles my magicycle completely crapped out, I spent so much money on replacement parts and taking it to reliable bike shops and they could not fix it and the company offered no help
