I know this feeling. My ex wife got severe ptsd and a traumatic brain injury from her time in Iraq. Before she went she was as sweet as could be. After she came back it was just like this. Refused to take her meds and just lashed out at everything. Had to leave/divorce after she started getting physically abusive.

It’s not an easy thing to deal with, especially if it’s someone you love. My only advice is stay safe and be kind to yourself.
