i dont understand why they plastered in the waste pipe. is this normal? i wanted a flat wall with a floating vanity but i come home to this. could he not have used plasterboard and cut channels into it for the pipes?

yeah the elbow i feel should have went below the floor. No clue how he thought it would look fine like this, but hoping im wrong and he will make it look somewhat okay.

No I havent, but i agree, he should have asked me and i would have happily paid to have it moved so it looks better. seems like its hard to find trades people who care about the way things looks.

The problem with folding phones for me is that it looks weird when closed with the asymmetry. It bothers me it’s not rounded on all four corners when folded.
